As a one on one personal training studio, we have expanded our offering to create a space where individuals can train independently or with a personal trainer, alongside a structured corporate membership model.
Our Approach

- Small group sessions to offset desk related strain
- Mobility and recovery work to reduce fatigue and injury risk
- Studio access with a maximum capacity of 4 to 6 people at any one time
- Optional personal training for tailored support
