Performance Cycling Community

We are currently building a small, performance focused cycling community for riders looking to improve how they move, train, and perform on the bike.

Working with a select group of 6–10 cyclists, the programme combines structured off-bike training with a focused, supportive environment designed to enhance long-term performance.

Sessions are centred around:

  • Mobility
  • Unilateral strength
  • Core stability

All aimed at helping you move more efficiently, reduce injury risk, and ride stronger.

Training sessions are expected to run on Tuesday evenings or Saturday mornings, with flexibility depending on the group.

Sessions are led by Christian Mantuano, founder of Warm Up Studio and strength coach, with guidance tailored towards individual development and progression. Christian has also participated in multiple cycling events, achieving second place in sprint competitions, and has completed both solo and small-group rides across countries including Iceland, Ecuador, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and Scotland.

This is not a large commercial cycling club, but a smaller, more intentional environment for cyclists committed to performance, consistency, and progression.
