2. How do I get started?

All new private clients begin with a Performance Assessment.

This 60 minute session evaluates movement quality, relative strength benchmarks and performance objectives before any programme begins.

Applications can be submitted via the contact page.

Group class participants can secure their place by purchasing a class pack.

Coaches wishing to operate within the studio must complete an Approved Coach application.

3. What Is The Capability Assessment?

The Warm Up Capability Assessment is a structured 60-minute assessment designed to understand how you move, how strong you are, how well you recover and what your body needs next.

It looks at movement quality, strength, mobility, lifestyle, recovery and training history.

You leave with:

  • A clear Capability Score
  • Key findings
  • A focused 90-day training direction
  • A better understanding of where to start

This is not a trial session. It is a starting point.
