Youth Lifting Class

Our Youth Lifting Class is designed to introduce young individuals (ages approx. 12–17) to the fundamentals of strength training in a safe, structured, and empowering environment.

Led by experienced coaches, the class focuses on proper technique, movement education, and building body awareness through functional exercises like squats, deadlifts, pushes, and pulls. All tailored to each student’s level.

We emphasise:

  • Correct form and safety
  • Progressive strength building
  • Mobility and movement quality
  • Boosting confidence and discipline

Whether your teen is new to fitness, plays sports, or just wants to feel stronger and more capable, this class will give them the foundation to move well, lift smart, and grow with strength inside and out.

Small group format. High level guidance. All levels welcome.
