The Warm Up studio is now offering weekend classes exclusively for our residents! We understand how important fitness is to your overall well being, and we’re committed to helping you stay active, healthy, and motivated.
Class Options:
Saturday
08:00 Yoga
Vinyasa, Power, or Restorative
09:30 Mat Pilates & Barre
Strengthen and Tone
11:00 Full Body Strength
Build strength, boost your deadlift & squat gains, and burn calories
12:00 Mobility & Core
It combines elements of lengthening your body, building rotational and lateral strength, and developing anti-extension, stability – all key components for a resilient, functional core that supports your lifestyle.
Sunday
09:30 Yoga

11:00 Kids Strength Class
our class is a fun, engaging, and safe way for children to build strength, coordination, and confidence through movement. Designed specifically for young, growing bodies, this class focuses on bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and functional movements that enhance overall fitness without excessive strain on joints. 10 to 14 years old.
All levels welcome.

The Warm Up Etiquette
Cancellation Policy:
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of classes. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the session without a refund or reschedule.
Class Access:
Your pack grants you access to any of our weekend classes, subject to availability.
Class Minimum Requirement:
Each class requires a minimum of three participants to proceed. If fewer than three people are registered, the class may be rescheduled or canceled. Participants will be notified in advance.
Children’s Attendance:
All children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the class.
Health and Restrictions:
If you have any medical conditions, physical limitations, or other restrictions, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate your needs accordingly.

Our weekend sessions are designed to cater to all fitness levels, whether you’re a beginner looking to start your fitness journey or an experienced participant seeking to enhance your routine. Our expert instructors will guide you through workouts that can be modified to suit your abilities and goals.
