The story behind the studio
The Warm Up Studio was born from a vision that lived quietly in my mind and heart for years, a vision I often shared with my long-term clients: a dream of creating something different. A space that felt human. Real. Grounded.
For a long time, I didn’t know how it would happen, but deep down, I always knew I would.
I spent five years training clients in Norway, followed by more than seven years at Third Space in London. Then lockdown arrived, and everything stopped. Gyms closed overnight, salaries were uncertain, and with a mortgage and a young child at home, I knew I had to move. So, I sold what I could, bought a few pieces of equipment, and turned my living room into a personal training studio.
To my surprise, it grew fast. I was fully booked within weeks. It reminded me why I fell in love with training in the first place – real connection, real progress, real people and that’s when my vision became crystal clear: this was the beginning of something bigger.
After years of living and travelling abroad, I’d experienced rare places that made me pause – spaces that felt calm, authentic, and alive. Places that felt like home. That’s what I wanted to build here: a studio that carried that same feeling.
A place where people could move, breathe, and feel at ease. No noise. No ego. No pressure. Just calm energy, soft light and genuine warmth.
