The Story Behind The Warm Up Studio

The Warm Up Studio was built on one belief: Strength changes trajectories.

Founded by Christian Mantuano, who moved from Ecuador to London with £57, rebuilt from nothing, and went on to become a top performing trainer at Third Space Soho and in Oslo, Norway. The studio represents discipline, resilience, and earned progress.

This is a space created from experience.


A deep understanding that strength is not just physical - it’s the foundation for performance, longevity, and resilience.

At The Warm Up Studio, we focus on:

Coach allocation is based on performance goals, training history and availability.

All coaches operate under The Warm Up’s performance standards and structured programming model.

2. How Is Warm Up Different From A Commercial Gym?

The Warm Up  Studio operates on a performance first model.

We prioritise structured strength, measurable progression and controlled training density. This is not a high volume environment.

3. What Results Can I Expect?

Clients typically improve relative strength, body composition, power output and resilience within structured 12 week blocks.

We measure performance, not just attendance.

4. What Facilities Are Available?

The Warm Up  Studio is a bright, ground floor performance studio in Soho, 60 seconds from Oxford Circus.

The space includes professional grade strength equipment, showers, towels and filtered water. All maintained to institutional standards.

5. What is your cancellation and booking policy?

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule a session without forfeiting it.
