Guiding Connection Through Breath, Movement & Mindfulness

With over a decade of personal practice and 400 hours of teacher training, I’ve had the privilege of teaching yoga across the globe, from breathtaking retreats and private one to one sessions to dynamic group classes and workshops.

My teaching blends vinyasa, power, and restorative styles to create a practice that is both energising and grounding, giving students the tools to explore and connect with themselves on a deeper level. Rooted in mindfulness and breath work, my approach is all about meeting you where you are.

Each class is designed to help you tune into your body, release tension, and build strength and resilience, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Inspired by the rhythms of nature, my sequences flow organically, encouraging intuitive and nourishing movement.
