We have designed a range of classes that will help deliver your training goals whether you are a beginner or a seasoned lifter. Each class limited to 4 to 6 people.

1. The Warm Up Compound
Our class is a dynamic blend of mobility exercises designed to unlock your body’s potential, setting the stage for powerful movements like squats, deadlifts, pushes, and pulls.
Think of it as your body’s ultimate warm-up and strength foundation. In our intimate small-group setting, we ensure every participant selects the right weights and exercises tailored to their individual abilities, guaranteeing both safety and maximum results.
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned lifter, this class meets you where you are and helps you rise to the next level.

2. The Warm Up Core
Having a six-pack isn’t the ultimate indicator of a strong core. A truly strong core does so much more, it alleviates back pain, makes everyday movements and workouts feel effortless, and enhances your performance both at work and in your personal life.
The body isn’t just designed to move forward and backward; it’s built for twisting, lateral movements, and a variety of dynamic motions you engage in daily.
Our class is thoughtfully designed to address these multidimensional movements. It combines elements of lengthening your body, building rotational and lateral strength, and developing anti-extension stability – all key components for a resilient, functional core that supports your lifestyle.

3. The Warm Up Complex
This circuit-style class is designed to challenge you in a fun and engaging way, pushing you to discover your limits while sparking that internal dialogue “Should I stop or keep going?”.
With a mix of barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, sandbags, and even your own body weight, every session offers variety and excitement. It’s not just about the exercises; it’s about the mindset.
Small, consistent steps lead to monumental progress, and this class is where you’ll lay the foundation for breaking your own records, one rep, one movement, one victory at a time.
