At Some Point, You Just Have to Make a Move

Moving back to London from Norway was a huge decision.

Freelancing for over a year

I lost everything I had, and it took years before I could get a good night’s sleep again. But I started over, found a job at what’s considered the best gym in the UK, and threw myself into the work. I was happy, busy, and before long, I became one of the top three busiest PTs in the company.

I worked hard, regained my sleep, and eventually realized it was time to move on. I hesitated for two years, clinging to the comfort and security of what I knew. But one day, I took the leap, left my comfort zone behind, and went freelance.

Little did I know, it would turn out to be the best decision I’d ever made.

Comfort and that monkey brain of ours can hold us back from taking the steps we need to grow and find what truly makes us happy.

I’ve now been freelancing for over a year, and honestly, I wish I’d done it sooner.

If you never cross that bridge, you’ll never know what’s waiting for you on the other side.
